Job Description:
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, windows 8 and Microsoft Office and any other authorised desktop/Laptop applications Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment Manage & provide technical support for Mobile devices/PDA/iPads etc.
Is able to troubleshoot and manage Video conferencing equipment in the region Asset & Inventory Management Develop trends by monitoring and analysing incoming calls, tickets, problems and support requests Manage, support & coordinate Print Services.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications hosted on Windows OS Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including Associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems Coordinate Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment Install, Upgrade, Configure, Support & Troubleshoot Cisco Switches, Routers in an Enterprise Environment.
Install, Upgrade, Configure, Support & Troubleshoot Cisco Wireless Controllers & Wireless Access Points in an Enterprise Environment.
Install, Support & Troubleshoot Cisco & Juniper Firewalls in an Enterprise Environment.
Troubleshooting Networking issues is a must Create, manage and administrator SCCM OSD deployment process including the driver library/Group Policy/Active Directory/ WIM image environment via SCCM Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues Administer SCCM software delivery including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted and large scale deployment Creating/Modifying task Sequence as per Business needs.
SCCM Admin Should able to make all the Changes in OS Image and Task Sequence as per Business requirement while introducing new Models for laptop/Desktop as Standard.
