108 Role Purpose Co-ordinate monthly plant planning process (SIOP) and facilitate decision making process in order to balance demand and supply with a consensus plan integrated to site financial and operation plans.
Manage weekly plant MPS process ensuring it balances demand and supply within available capacity and Inventory targets and is coherent with the plant SIOP.
Key Responsibilities Ensure safe working environment.
Manage its team based on Employee Involvement principles Define FG and WIP targets aligned with customer requirements, business strategy and ensures adherence to the strategy for the plant to achieve its targets (Customer DSA, loading and inventory performance, no on-cost).
Ensure alignment of systems parameters and rigorous management of planning Master Data Anticipate supply issues and drive management by exception Proactively communicate/escalate to the management team potential delivery issues/constraints to trigger preventive actions in order to mitigate supply failure risk, Coordinate plant SIOP process with input data from Commercial (Demand Plan), ME (Resource Capacity), Manufacturing (demonstrated performance), New Programmes (Phase-in/out), SC (Inventories) and Purchasing (Suppliers capacity Formal Qualifications Essential Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics APICS Basics of Supply Chain Management (BSCM) or equivalent, Desirable APICS Master Planning of Resources certified or equivalent Specific Functional Competencies, Knowledge and Skills Required Essential Expert for Forecasting & Demand Planning, SIOP / MPS / MRP, Daily Scheduling & Execution, Master Data Mgt, Leveraging IT solutions Practitioner level for Strategic Planning, Inventory Management, End-to-End visibility and data exchange, Strategy & CI Planning, Performance Monitoring, Network & Talent Management, Industry & Product acumen, Project Management, Business Process Excellence, Operations Excellence Desirable Entry level for Transportation Management, Inbound / Outbound Flow, Internal Flow & Warehousing, Budget Mgt and Finance acumen, Lean Mindset & Business Excellence .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
