Construction Project Assistant
Our client is currently seeking a Construction Project Assistant Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records to coordinate the flow of information related to projects, such as Contracts, Change Orders, shop drawings, manpower charts, quality and cGMP documentation.
Primary Responsibilities Maintains project documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, purchase orders and other project required documents Prepares transmittals and distributes data as directed Assists Construction Manager with meeting minutes Maintains project filing system and maintains project related databases Expedites and coordinates RFI (Requests for Information) Logs Receives, processes, monitors and expedites internal and external distribution of project related documentation 2 years
related experience Experience in Pharmaceutical or Industrial Construction preferred Proficient in Prolog, JPI, Access Good computer skills, Excel Here are some roles and responsibilities that we definitely need:
Needs strong computer skills and organizational skills (communicating computer issues with IT, ExCell etc.
) Need document control management skills (SharePoint and ProLog) Need Turn Over Package (TOP) experience Need office management skills (ordering supplies, team rosters, conference room management) Experience with working on a remote construction site ID:
