Role O365 Consultant/ Architect Location:
Englewood Cliffs, NJ Duration:
1 Year Basic
Qualifications:
Helping organizations plan and deploy Office 365 and other cloud-based solutions.
Helping organizations migrate to cloud-based email solutions, including moving critical data, processes, and archives.
Work with client support teams, understand requirements and clarify conceptual needs for projects, both small and large.
Assist in the development of detailed project specifications Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (including Hybrid) architectural design, development, and management Experience designing and implementing automation capabilities Experience with developing future strategy for Office 365 products and services Office 365 & Exchange Certs are a PLUS but not REQUIRED Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience coordinating the implementation of technical solutions on an enterprise scale is strongly preferred.
Prior experience with common project management tools is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Exchange (email, calendar, notes, address book) to O365 Background in Messaging Office 365, Exchange Hands-on experience migrating to Office 365 Experience managing and remediating Active Directory Demonstrable knowledge of migration best practices and troubleshooting Experience designing and troubleshooting complex mail routing scenarios.
Experience in Exchange Cross-Forest Delegation and Microsoft Federation Gateway technologies for enabling cross-forest Free/Busy in Exchange Experience with 3rd party migration tools Hands on experience in complex messaging migration scenarios, including Hybrid Office 365 configuration.
Expert level PowerShell capabilities Experience in project management technologies and process Own engagements, ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, ensure quality Proven experience with Integration of these technologies with various security capabilities including mail gateways, multi-factor authentication, encryption, and e-discovery.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well vendors and customers.
Strong problem solving and Analytical/Reasoning skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience working with cloud computing technology.
Proficient in creating technical documents like Architecture views, Technology Architecture blueprint and design specifications Has experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Enterprise Mobility Suite Should have handled Office 365 migrations (Exchange On-premise to Exchange On-line including Hybrid environments) projects under your belt.
Experience in Exchange Cross-Forest Delegation and Microsoft Federation Gateway technologies for enabling cross-forest Free/Busy in Exchange Have strong knowledge of the O365 licensing features (E1 E5) LDAP and Active Directory expertise.
Understanding of email systems, DNS, and Internet concepts.
Knowledge and proficiency in the following Microsoft technologies:
Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) Exchange 2013, Exchange 2010, Exchange Server 2007, or Exchange Server 2003 DNS and related technologies DLP Skype for Business (nice to have) Microsoft SharePoint Online (nice to have) Azure (nice to have) Planning deployment of Office 365 ProPlus (Planning Updates, Planning languages pack Experience coordinating the implementation of technical solutions on an enterprise scale is strongly preferred.
