Watch4Net (M&R) Reporting Resource Experience with a variety of report writing (e.
g.
IQ Report Writer, Seagate Crystal Reports) and working with multiple datamarts producing graphs / charts Multiple Front-Ends (load-balanced), Databases, Back-Ends and Collectors, and XML Data Exchange Strong networking background Experience with Net Appliances, Nodes (Linux, Windows, SUN and other OSs) Ability to perform SNMP walks, gets, understanding of MIB relationship to appliances and perform queries, OIDS Customer requirements gathering for reporting and alerting services Training users and EM Ops L1 on reporting on-demand services - self-service Specific knowledge of the M&R v 6 or higher Technical expertise also required in:
MySQL, XML Bonus:
EMC Smarts 9.
