Position Overview :
This position reports into the Unisys Office of the CISO, Program Management Office, and is responsible for managing key projects across key focus areas.
The CyberSecurity Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Responsibilities :
Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing multiple projects focused on the promoting and enhancing the security posture of Unisys Corporation Defines and documents project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders Develops full-scale projects plans and associated communication documents Effectively communicates project expectations to project team members and stakeholders Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommend budget changes when necessary Determines and assesses the need for additional project staff and/or consultants and works with human resources to make the appropriate recruitment necessary during the project cycle Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using the appropriate tools Develops and delivers progress plans, reports, proposals, requirements, and presentations Contributes to team by accomplishing successful completion of assigned projects Skills, Experience & Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years' experience managing projects PMP certification or equivalent experience Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Understanding of Security Practices Highly collaborative with an ability to gather information required to understand other departments' processes and challenges Creative problem-solver Ability to drive initiatives forward and to completion Ability to be proactive and follow through on defined objectives Experience with interaction at multiple levels of the organization, including executive level Do you have what it takes to be mission-critical?
