Software Engineer

Seeking a motivated, self-starting Software Engineer with strong experience in developing financial applications.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the development of the VestmarkONE Unified Wealth Management platform services.
These services span a wide range of financial services areas including portfolio accounting, performance measurement, and trade order management.
Requirements:
2 - 5 years software development experience for enterprise class applications Strong Java/J2EE/EJB development experience Strong Object-Oriented Design skills Strong SQL Server/general database and SQL understanding Experience with MS Windows and Unix/Linux Extraordinary attention to detail and desire to work with financial data
Experience:
Experience with developing financial software such as Reconciliation, Portfolio Management Systems and/or Trading Systems is very desirable Experience with scripting languages Experience integrating with 3rd party systems JBoss, Tomcat, Hibernate, and/or Spring desired Experience with open source technologies Experience with MS Windows and Unix/Linux Education:
BS or MS in CS or equivalent Attributes:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
