Contracts Specialist/Administrator
Global Channel Partner Management (complete due diligence, obtain on boarding approvals, work closely with the global commercial sales team to obtain channel partner info, initiate agreements and monitor through execution).
Initiate contract hold report and coordinate releases with Customer Service and Contract Manager.
Request insurance certificates and send to customers as required Complete vendor supplier registrations Complete Reps and Certs Track contracts, distributor agreements and non disclosure agreements to ensure they are fully executed and saved electronically Support collection and invoicing issues as required Contract Management System Administrator Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
