Job Description:
TSC has an immediate requirement for experienced systemsarchitects to develop a scalable reference architecture for WarfightingDecisions Aids, document in the Object Management Group (OMG) Systems ModelingLanguage (SysML) that can be applied across multiple warfare areas and levelsof war.
Warfighting Decision Aids include real-time and non-real-time BattleManagement Aids (BMAs), Tactical Decision Aids (TDAs), and Mission PlanningTools (MPTs).
Responsibilities:
The reference architecture should be able to leverageinformation from diverse sources, including tactical, operational, and nationalsensors.
At a minimum, it should identify standards for data management, dataaccess, data fusion, application program interfaces (APIs), cybersecurity, coreservices, and other necessary features for machine-to-machine interaction,artificial intelligence applications, and cross-platform coordination.
Thereference architecture should allow the Navy to design and field modular, agilesolutions that enable cost-effective upgrades in decision aid capabilities fornew and legacy systems at the pace of user needs.
The architecture should buildupon past and ongoing technology and experimentation efforts at PEO IWS, PEOC4I, PEO U&W, PEO(A), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), the Fleet, andthe IC.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
Experience developingSysML compliant models Familiarity withreference architectures; e.

TOGAF, OASIS Familiarity with APIs Experience usingMagicDraw and other SysML modeling tools Desired Qualifications and Competencies:
Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) experience Knowledge of DoDAF and UML Domain knowledge of Navy Operational and Tactical Mission Planning Domain knowledge of Navy Surface Ship Systems:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
