In this role, internally titled Recruiter II, you will partner directly with the business and:
Creatively and assertively recruit top talent to join Employer by networking, cold calling and using top notch social media skills.
Market Employer as a global Employer of Choice Guide candidates through the recruiting process (while asking for referrals along the way) - ensuring a smooth interview process and an even smoother offer & acceptance.
Advise, counsel and manage (but never sell) hiring managers throughout the course of the interaction - from the initial scoping call through the final selection of the new employee.
Build, cultivate and grow pools / pipelines of talented professionals, enabling faster reactive hiring and driving proactive hiring of top talent when possible.
Judiciously work with headhunters when the organization's best interests are served by using external recruiting resources.
Be creative, bring ideas to the table, suggest and implement improvements, try new things, and challenge others.
Provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
