One Year Construction project manager, must have a background in construction project management.
Prioritizes projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with business needs and stakeholder readiness.
Manages cross-functional projects including establishing and leading cross-functional project teams, clearly defining scope and timelines, developing and maintaining detailed project plans, and ensuring project objectives are satisfied.
Continuously reports/briefs core team members and key stakeholders on project progress, status, key decisions, and risks/issues.
Establishes and deploys change management methodology and processes to ensure key stakeholder groups are identified, adoption risks are mitigated, and detailed communication and training plans are in place.
Develops and maintains a detailed annual calendar to ensure visibility to key dates for cyclical programs and processes.
Manages project expenses and budgets.
May be responsible for the creation of executive presentations.
