The Child Support Subject Matter Expert position will be responsible for the following activities:
Should be able to coordinate with Liaisons, State SMEs and cross-functional teams to confirm functionality meets end user, state specific and OCSE requirements.
Should be able to document the process and data flows for Case initiation, Inter-governmental, Establishment, Enforcement, Financial, Locate, Case Management and Child Support Service modules.
Should be able to interpret requirement specifications, Federal-OCSE and State laws and regulations Should be able to review user stories to update the business and technical design documentations including functional scope changes.
Should be able to develop test cases for sprint and stakeholder testing and perform user acceptance testing.
Should have the ability to understand data models and develop SQL to query data.
Should be able to define configuration specifications by applying business requirements Should be able to document Child support business and eligibility rules in accordance with state and ACF- OCSE federal regulations.
Should be able to document Interface guidance and specifications document for Child Support Program Should be able to create reports and presentations outlining progress Should have the ability to read and write pseudocode using Java programming language and framework.
2 Should be able to communicate effectively with technical, non-technical team and stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Technical or Business discipline or social services, human services, public administration.
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Technical or Business discipline or social services, human services, public administration is preferred
Experience:
5 years of experience in design, development and implementation of an case management system to support the child support program, including case, locate, establishment, enforcement, legal, and financial functions 5 years of experience as subject matter expert in State and Federal Child Support regulations and policies.
5 years of experience working on child support related software projects in researching and developing process flows, data flows and interface flows.
5 years of experience as SME in the following processes:
Case initiation, Central Registry, Establishment of Paternity and Support, Payment Processing, Financial-Collection, Disbursement and Distribution, Case Management, Locate, Legal and Enforcement Experience with Child Support federal certification requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio Knowledge of Java and J2EE (including Spring and Hibernate) and Web Services development approach.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
