Spanish Speaking Technical Recruiter
This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.

PURPOSE:
Recruits, researches, interviews, screens, and places candidates on customers' assignments.
Refers job candidates for job openings by performing the duties below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.
Works with our team Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Reviews resumes and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in organization.
Maintain a network of viable candidates by managing priorities effectively.
Develops relationships to obtain leads and referrals.
Asks for referrals and leads on every call.
Uses network to find highly skilled people.
Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, user groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
Coordinates reference and background checks on applicants.
Market available and working consultants to ConsultNet account executives Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
Uses database exclusively to manage activity including call backs and call lists and to Document all information properly Maintains integrity of the database Conducts 8-10 interviews per week to build rapport and to obtain successfully critical information including, referrals and business leads.
Asks questions to get the profile of the right opportunity and deciphers what is and is not a match.
Qualifications:
2-4 years related experience and/or training Fluent in Spanish Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations Microsoft Office Skills Internet Savvy Ability to read, analyze, and write resumes Basic math skills Goal Oriented Motivated Professional Phone etiquette Ability to work individually and as part of a team Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
