Service Desk Analyst contract in Westlake Village, CA. Must be able to legally work in the US on our W2 without sponsorship. Duties: Support a migration to Office 365 as well as computer hardware and software Outlook 2010 & 2016 migration to Office 365 Provide technical assistance in trouble-shooting problems and maintaining systems Respond to tickets from the Helpdesk for the Operating Centers and field offices regarding Office 365 Assist users with technical issues via telephone, e-mail, or in person Hardware, software, and peripheral installations as needed Coordinate activities with Manager, technical staff, users, and vendors, which include service requests and trouble-tickets Provide written and verbal status of projects to all involved parties

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
