JOB SUMMARY A Required Skills:
The User Experience Designer will lead the client's efforts to design and implement a consistent User Experience across our Mobile Apps, Websites and other technology touch-points with our Members and Customers.
Our Members are Financial Services Professionals and most of them reside outside of the US.
This position will operate under minimum supervision and will have a broad latitude to apply their expertise and judgment in directing the UX/UD across all technology initiatives at the client.
They will be the designated owner of clients Mobile Apps, will set the vision for those apps and will oversee their development.
The User Experience Designer will have demonstrable experience in this arena with a corporate or multi-national Professional Association and will have both technical and business expertise.
Experience with Mobile Apps (iOS, Android) is required, experience w.
B Desired Skills:
WeChat and other country-specific social platforms is a plus Also experience working with all levels of staff and customers required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS A.
Analyze the client's current offerings on Mobile platforms and websites and recommend priorities for improving UX.
B.
Determine modifications to approach or technology needed to improve our Members and Customers online experience.
C.
Assist in defining critical analytics to be tracked and utilized in personalizing clients Apps and websites.
D.
Meet with Senior Staff and Member Leaders to understand business priorities and strategy in various markets and incorporate those strategic goals in the revised UD across platforms.
E.
Work with the clients Marketing, Emerging Media, IT and other departments to coordinate rollouts of new releases and new features.
F.
Develop and execute project plans to implement modifications to specific applications and web sites.
G.
Communicate with clients Staff and Leadership regarding status and progress of initiatives related to these activities.
H.
Provide assistance and training to technical and business staff in understanding the new functions and sites.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES - 3-5 years' experience focused on UX/UD.
- Thorough understanding of User Experience Design methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in technical or business field of study.
Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Detailed analytical skills - Experience in creating and executing user surveys and interviews to assess current User Experience and determine necessary modifications.
- Advanced writing skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
