Reporting Analyst
Job
Responsibilities:
Provides daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of metrics to management.
Ensures internal and external reporting encompasses all contractual SLAs.
Able to drive insights from large amounts of data from diverse sources.
Creates and maintains documentation of reporting, processes, data sources, metric definitions, and distribution schedules.
Interfaces with various internal organizations on projects and initiatives assigned.
Continuously looks for areas of improvement and proposes improvement initiatives.
Assists in analysis of new business requests to determine feasibility and impact.
Communicates key analytics to both internal and external entities.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience with metrics gathering, reporting and analysis.
Knowledge and experience with reporting tools and dashboards strongly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
