Workday Program Manager

We have a client that is looking for a Program Manager for a long-term assignment.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Workday solution at Customer through several key project deliverables (e.
g.
, charter, project/staffing plan, issue logs, etc.
).
Will work with the project team to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success, manage the budget and deliver a profitable project.
The Program Manager is needed to provide implementation, business process, and HCM product expertise to their engagements.
Additional Responsibilities include:
Ensure projects are properly planned, staffed, managed and delivered Experience with Workday Implementation Methodology Work with the Workday Delivery Assurance group to ensure compliance with agreed to project checkpoints Experience with Global Projects Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants working on implementations Strong functional HR domain expertise including areas such as core HR, recruitment, talent management, absence management and learning and development.
Experience in successfully managing Workaday HCM project delivery with direct experience in the successful delivery of solutions within a consulting environment/ corporate environment Full lifecycle project management experience, from RFP to requirement development/definition, functional solution design, implementation, data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live and service management Experience in managing distributed team Experience in managing and supporting blended teams of colleagues, client and partner resources to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery ethic Strong business writing skills with experience in the production of business cases, requirement documentation, tender documents, contracts, statements of work and change requests.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
