Responsibilities:
The Identity & Access Management Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements, providing analysis and documentation needed to assist in the implementation of CyberArk.
The selected candidate will act as an intermediary between IT System Administrators and the team implementing CyberArk, and business users to collect, clarify, and document business requirements.
This position requires the ability to multi-task and drive results.
The position requires knowledge of operating system accounts (Windows, Linux, and AIX), account types and attributes, and knowledge of privileged account management as well as identity and access management.
This position also requires working closely with numerous teams across the organization to document requirements and assist with performing analysis on existing accounts, account types, and account attributes.
Essential Job Duties &
Responsibilities:
Work with both external and internal clients and stakeholders, analyzing requirements against existing product solution functionality to drive out gaps and define new requirements along with related risks based on technical constraints.
Lead requirement elicitation activities, including but not limited to gap analysis discussions, requirements workshops, interviews, document analysis and interface analysis with stakeholders, including technical teams and operations SME's.
Manage requirements artifacts development, including driving to on-time completion while adhering to approval processes, ensuring comprehension of and concurrence with solution to be delivered.
Develops use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contributes business partners' perspective during design reviews.
Support UAT as needed, including assisting in test planning and participating in defect triage/reviews to ensure the end solution meets requirements and user needs.
Apply complex technical information and create documentation from diagrams and other input sources.
Qualifications & Work
Experience:
Strong understanding of privileged accounts and elevated privileges.
Knowledge of privileged account management such as CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, etc.
CyberArk Knowledge understand the essentials, data flows, platforms, and safes.
Knowledge of methods of access control to applications/systems, including role-based and rule-based.
General operating system knowledge understanding and practical experience in Windows and Unix Experience performing data analysis Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.
Proficient with creating diagrams, including use case, process flow, activity and diagrams Knowledge of one or more Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools such as Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint, ForgeRock, etc.
Knowledge in Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Minimum 4 years of performing business analysis type work Minimum 3 years of CyberArk experience Minimum 2 years of Identity & Access Management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
