Net Applications Architect Local Candidates please, as client requires face to face interviews This position reviews, advises and designs standard software and hardware builds and system options and provides input on risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on the enterprise business process and goals.
- Works on the integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, information and data sources, and applications across the enterprise, both on premise and in the Cloud.
Conducts business reviews, documents current systems, and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.
- Reviews, advises, and designs standard software and hardware builds and system options; provides input on risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on the enterprise business process and goals.
- Researches, identifies, selects and tests technology products required for solution delivery.
Performs proof of concepts of new technologies to determine if they are a good fit for the company and introduces new technology.
- Leads and manages the establishment and implementation of the architectural governance process, standards.
and policies that guide the architecture and design of technology solutions across the enterprise.
Creates and maintains an overall strategic enterprise technology plan and policies to meet current and future business needs, and builds and maintains close relationships and partnerships with peers, business partners, offshore development, and vendors.
- Designs and develops complex logical frameworks, applications, workflows, API endpoints and other elements for new and legacy products.
Ensures the success of enterprise-level deployments such as high performance, scalability, high availability, redundancy, security, and disaster recovery.
Job Requirements:
This is a 50 / 50 position between architect and developer Bachelor's degree in IS or related field required, Master's degree in IS and/or MBA preferred.
Minimum seven years of IS experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment Minimum five years of software development experience in Microsoft technologies and minimum two years of experience in Cloud-based infrastructure (AWS and Azure) Thorough knowledge of application development, architecture and systems analysis Proficient in Azure, Application Insights, VSTS, Azure SQL, SQL Server, Visual Studio, C#, ASP.
NET, MVC, Redis, IIS, Web API,.
NET Framework, Bootstrap, Angular, NLog, Swagger, Entity Framework, Windows Server, WCF, HTML 5, JQuery, Xamarin, Ionic, JavaScript, ADO.
NET, CSS, Web Services, Workflow, JSON, OOP and Agile/Scrum.
Knowledge of server configurations Knowledge of systems architecture Knowledge of upgrade applications for new platforms Knowledge of SDLC components Strong people management, and team building skills Strong relationship building skills applied internally and externally Strong project and financial management skills Strong computer/technology skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IS functional software Ability to lead others Ability to manage complex projects Ability to foster and encourage diverse viewpoints Ability to think strategically Ability to understand and analyze business processes Ability to embrace change and continuous learning .
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
