H.R. Director

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Plans, develops, and analyzes policies and programs covering recruitment, wage and salary administration, training, safety, benefits administration, labor relations, and personnel research.
Develops, recommends, and implements new programs, policies, etc. to meet employee and/or business needs.
Ensures that all aspects of HR activities are linked to organizational goals and objectives.
Backs up all HR employees in their respective job responsibilities as needed.
Counsels and advises management and other employees on employee relations issues.
Ensures that all appropriate systems are in place from a legal perspective.
Develops HR staff, ensuring cross training and ongoing succession planning.
Exercises judgment within defined practices and policies.
Selects appropriate methods and techniques for resolving problems.
Attend all company required meetings.
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/PROFICIENCY STANDARDS:
Excellent conflict management and decision making skills.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
PC literacy with keyboard skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be responsive and persuasive at all levels of the organization.
B.S. Degree required, M.S. Degree or HR Certification preferred.
Knowledgeable of EEO laws and general human resources concepts.
7-10 years progressive HR management experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Availability to work in excess of 40 hours a week with little to no notice whenever needed.
Flexibility to cover changing work schedules as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
