Security Rep Sr
Job Description :
Offering an exciting security opportunity for a generalist Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) at Vandenberg Air Force Base. This position provides security oversight to the Lockheed Martin interests on base and conducts day-to-day operations for a medium-sized Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and multiple classified activities. The position requires daily communication and collaboration with internal and external personnel, security guidance and advice for team members regarding classification management, security education and personnel security. The selected candidate will author Standard Operating Procedures and CONOPS for any special activity, coordinate visit certifications between company and Base personnel; assist visitors with information, processes and badging information; perform security orientation briefings; and provide guidance and conduct reviews for completeness for personnel security Standard Form 86. With company and corporate resources, the candidate will provide foreign travel and foreign contact information per government requirements, security incident investigations and reporting, facilitation of Counterintelligence/Insider Threat Awareness and security assessment performance.
Basic Qualifications
Current Top Secret/SSBI Access. Experience with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual Supplement. Demonstrated experience in effectively running a Security Program within a SCIF environment. Written and oral presentation skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications a must.
Desired skills
Program Security experience with the Intelligence Community. ICD knowledge for Personnel and Physical Security. General knowledge of Risk Management Framework processes and steps. Experience with Scattered Castles, Microsoft Access Database management, use of SharePoint.
