Accountabilities:
Client Management
Assume accountability for definedclient deliverables, ensuring clientneeds are met and exceeded
Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuringthat all clientneeds are heard,understood and addressed in atimely way
Play an active role in new business pitches and presentations
Program budget management
Project Delivery
Identify and evaluate brand and product marketing opportunities
Negotiate promotional pricing
Executeseamless program management to ensure KPIs and ROI metrics are met
Complete all post-programreporting
RetailMarketing
Attend andpresent at regional monthly planning meetings,providing identification, recommendation, negotiationand execution supportof all local experiential marketingopportunities
Maintain on-going communicationand results reporting retail clients
Creative Management
Assistin brand strategy to uncover fresh brand/product/audience insights
Takebrand/product/audience insights and work to turn them into big ideas
Ensure that the highest possible quality isdelivered
Ensure that the client need issolved by the project deliverables
College degreeand 2-4 years' experience required
Strong projectmanagement, organizational and communication skills
Experience inexperiential marketing(planning, onsiteexecution), negotiating and giving presentationsstrongly preferred, especially in theauto industry or a luxury brand
Willing to Travelup to 35% and work weekends, if necessary
Demonstrated production competencies; clientfocus, accountability for results,team effectiveness, developing others, organizationalsophistication, attention to detail, flexibilityandprofessional confidence
