Summary:
We are looking for an Account Executive to help navigate where there are no roads across digital and social channels. This role is responsible for growing client relationships and partnering with other agency creatives to create integrated marketing strategies and work with cross-functional agency teams. The Account Executive must be both strategic and hands on, have a strong project management sensibility and be engaged, tenacious and passionate about delivering outstanding creative ideas and work. Success in presenting strategic solutions and POVs that engage consumers and build brands; proven ability to orchestrate large-scale programs across multiple platforms. The ability to work across a matrix environment and thrive in an entrepreneurial and results-oriented culture. Innate curiosity and aptitude with the ability to see the big picture, work in a fast-paced environment, as well as be hands on.

Requires strong customer service, computer, and analytical/problem solving skills

Ability to apply general knowledge of creative advertising development and related terminology, production, and electronic processes

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required

Responsibilities
Track all expenses on specific jobs within the approved co-op budget line item
Manage purchase orders, vendor invoicing, vendor funding, and vendor correspondence under the direction of the Supervisor
Develop a strong relationship with the Operators and Regional staff according to McDonald's Agency Standards
Establish and build strong personal and working relationships with designated client contacts to insure Moroch maintains a Relationship Map (Refer to McDonald's Agency Standards)
Gain basic understanding of how to balance the dual expectations and business goals of the Region and the O/O's
Establish the client's respect and confidence as a trusted member of the Account Service team
Respond to client requests in a timely manner
Attend client functions including Grand Openings, Fundraisers, and Event activation as directed
Display a positive attitude and use enthusiasm to motivate or inspire others
Apply creativity and originality to work
Respond to setbacks in an efficient manner and showcase resiliency consistently
Prioritize tasks and manage time accordingly
Contribute good ideas and opinions to the account team
Make well-informed decisions consistently

Provide Supervisor with status reports and advise them of any obstacles in a timely manner

Understand basic client business measures; including base sales, guest counts, product mix, and category management
Improve effectiveness and efficiency at the start of every project by keeping the long-term goal in mind
Make clear, balanced and effective decisions
Actively participate in the development, execution, and on-going review of the annual market plan
Take the primary lead in media promotion planning and supervise the execution of approved programs
Stay informed of competitive information, market conditions, and political factors that may impact the client's business
Participate in training opportunities focused on the analytical and planning areas of the client's business
Plan and execute Business Insights request forms as directed
Generate new ideas and provide recommendations on improvement of current Moroch/client processes
Manage all broadcast and digital traffic responsibilities
Manage print, broadcast, and digital jobs assigned by Supervisor
Submit all media requests with the media planner/buyer for each market pre and post client meeting approval
Execute promotions, events, communication, and relevant correspondence in conjunction with the account team
If applicable and within Moroch Scope of Services (Please see Supervisor for specific responsibilities for your Co-op):
Supervise the execution of local store marketing efforts as requested by the client
Supervise the Ronald McDonald program for each co-op as requested
Work with the team in execution of Moroch responsibilities to the Ronald McDonald House
Manage the preparation of client meetings
Execute local activation efforts which occur outside of normal business hours
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Contribute to annual public relations planning for the co-op in conjunction with the overall business and marketing plans
Contribute to PR campaigns and programs on behalf of the client
Effectively deliver verbal presentations to clients and outside organizations
Participate in activation of local community events on behalf of the McDonald's brand which strategically builds relationships (including health fairs, community runs, ethnic-based community events, and other strategic partnerships)
Support brand communications and public relations programs for the client
