Responsibilities
Attract new clients with trendsetting image
Create an amazing experience for all clients with exemplary custom service
Assist in planning and execution of events
Flexible retail schedule including days, nights and weekends
Execute Estee Lauder's signature services including skin care and makeup application
Recruit clients within the store
Achieve all sales goals
Attend all training and development opportunities
Qualifications
Highly skilled makeup artist
Experience with skin care application
Strong Selling Skills
Goal Oriented
