Material Resource Handler - ISD
Currently seeking a Material Resource Handler to work in the Integrated Systems Division - Signaling department at Federal Signal's University Park, IL facility.
Summary of Position:
Perform tasks to requisition and store materials, supplies, parts and components.
Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Move items/containers to designated areas including but, not limited to:
moving all finished products from sheet-metal, machine shop and paint departments;
moving product to next operation sequence;
moving products to other departments in the building;
Responsible for taking all plating to dock and receiving plating to deliver to designated areas in the building.
Receive all steel trucks for sheet-metal department utilizing cranes and straps on a daily basis to load and unload.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:Education and Work
Experience:
High School diploma required.
Must be able to work from schedules, shop orders, CRT and instructions.
Must have a valid license for operating powered industrial trucks or pass written assessments after classroom training.
