You will assist in driving the program from initial concept all the way through a world-class implementation, and take it to production. You will work with a team of designers, engineers, business development and content partners defining and managing the program lifecycle. You are responsible for bringing the needs of the business into reality through products and services that focus on customer support.The Program Manager will be responsible for working with various internal and external stakeholders, including senior staff and department managers, taking full responsibility for the identification, definition, analysis, prioritization and ongoing refinement of the program requirements, and to communicate those requirements to internal and external stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities; Collaborate with key stakeholders, including management, engineering, design, and research (or consumers directly), to define, develop, shape and refine business requirements. Define, prioritize, and clarify business requirements; working with business and operations stakeholders to understand use cases, features, business & technical domain rules and overall product goals . Communicate priorities based on well-defined and measured business cases Develop deliverables, and milestones, and manage that timeline with corresponding reports that are sent and presented to broad range of recipients Prepares and presents the business case supporting a particular product(s) associated with the product line and/or product family to any audience. Navigate internal workings of a large global company to bring products through many levels of review, approval, QA, roll-out, and iterative updates Reviews and analyzes data from all sources, e.g., customer requirements, market analysis data, revenue numbers. Analyzes and understands competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for the product along with Business Development
Necessary Skills / Attributes

years of experience and degree in CS, business, engineering or relevant areaRelevant industry experience in program, project and product management.Understanding of how to build and manage project schedulesExperience managing programs(s) in a larger organization, particular software in a hardware companyExperience managing entire lifecycle of productsMeet eligibility requirements to work in the USMust be willing to travel 25% This position will report into the Head of Programs for Customer Care

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
