Job Summary
Carolina Handling is the premier dealer of material handling equipment in the Southeast and is actively recruiting for a Parts Coordinator in our Atlanta branch. The primary responsibilities of this position are to support the Field Service Technicians by processing parts orders and shipments to ensure that the customer's requirements are met. The Coordinator will research and market parts using schematics and/or manuals. The position will process parts transfers, and promote and support the Parts, Service and Sales Departments.
Skills and qualifications needed include:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Inside Sales, Service or Customer Relations Experience preferred
Previous experience working in Industrial Parts and Equipment preferred
Exceptional customer service, time management and organizational skills
Strong communication skills (Written, Verbal and Listening)
Team player and ability to build a strong network
Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, Outlook and Word
