Full Stack Engineer

Job Purpose
Design and develop interactive client and server side products using the latest creative technologies and best practices across NBC Entertainment Digital's full technology stack. Work closely with project managers, scrum masters and architects to deliver cutting edge products that offer consumers smooth, performant, and engaging experiences. Work as a part of a larger Agile team to deliver highly complex projects in a timely fashion.
Essential Responsibilities
Develop client-side apps for emerging consumer video platforms including web and connected devices
Design and implement enterprise libraries and API's to be used across projects and third parties
Design and implement scalable software serving up millions of page views
Produce clean, semantic scripts, markup, and object-oriented code
Develop and work collaboratively using Agile practices
Create unit tests and work within a CI environment
Conduct peer code review
Provide ongoing support for sites and technical products
Seamlessly adapt large content and video streaming products to rapidly changing needs and direction
Conduct Proof of Concepts and research into emerging technologies, products and platformsBasic
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years development experience developing with modern web and client-side technologies
Expert in creating and developing against RESTful and SOAP web services
Experience with creating state diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams during software design
Experience designing and working with JSON structures
Understanding of architectural and OOP design patterns
Strong knowledge of web and backend development security best practices, including but not limited to preventing Cross Site Scripting and SQL Injection attacks
Experience with automated unit testing and continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins
Experience with integrating in with third party web API's, such as Facebook Open Graph/ APIs, and using OAuth
Understanding of User Experience design and usability concepts
Strong problem solving ability
Must have attention to detail
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
