MENTOR Maryland is looking for an individual who is caring and committed to young children's wellbeing.
MENTOR Maryland, Baltimore's Children's Services and Teens in Transitions program is currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Therapeutic Foster Care Program serving children ages 0-21 who have experienced significant trauma and are cared for in a community based foster home setting.
Description
Serving as a Clinical Supervisor, you can have an amazing impact in the quality of services for the children and families we support. Work with children and their Intensive Foster parents while making weekly visits to their home. Oversee all services provided by Clinical Coordinators, monitor quality of care delivered, and ensure compliance with state regulations. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate leader who is committed to working with and developing staff. Our Clinical Supervisor roles provide a fantastic opportunity to supervise employees who serve families and to continue a career path in Social and Human Services.
Specific tasks include:
Full supervisory responsibility and oversight for up to 6 case managers, who we call Clinical Coordinators, (LBSWs/LGSWs/LCSW-Cs) who carry a caseload of 8-10 children/adolescents and who are responsible for weekly visits and case management services.
Monitor staff and foster parent compliance with documentation and report back to the Program Director. Participate in and conduct chart audits. Participate in monthly Quality Improvement meetings, conduct monthly calls regarding service delivery and attend home visits on a weekly basis.
Participate in matching meetings, placement review meetings and management team meetings as scheduled. Facilitate weekly team meetings when Program Director is absent and provide programmatic oversight when the Program Director is absent.
Provide back-up On-Call Support to staff on a rotating basis during non-office hours.
Support Intake and Recruitment services as needed.
Oversee staff and foster parent skill development on a monthly basis.
Assists in the overall management of the program and staff as directed by Program Director or in the absence of Program Director. May oversee recruitment, matching, contracting, performance evaluations and reimbursement for mentors.
Provides on-call support by participating in on-call rotation as scheduled and providing consultation with team members as assistance is needed.
May develop and implement crisis intervention emergency procedures, oversee Utilization Review, Quality Assurance, investigations, internal evaluations and participate in emergency coverage system.
Performs other related duties and activities as required.

Qualifications:
What we require of you:
Master's Degree in Social Work
Licensed Social Worker (LCSW-C)
Certified Supervisor according to the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
