Job Description
The role reporting to the Practice Head Employment Counsel for EMEA and working with the global employment law team. You will be required to cover all aspects of employment law and HR Operations
We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges and wants to work in a fast moving and fluid environment and who works well with people across cultures and geographies as it is key in order to be successful in this role. Not only does the role cover all EMEA countries but requires working regularly with our offshore teams. Therefore; both excellent communication skills and a flexible work approach is needed when working with colleagues with diverse backgrounds.
Required
3 -5 yrs PQE (note this is a guide only and all candidates who can demonstrate the relevant skill set will be considered)
Proven experience of ARD issues in particular in connection with Outsourcing/Service Provision changes.
Demonstrable knowledge of the IT sector.
Previous in-house experience
European Language (in addition to English) would be desirable
Essential
It is essential that to have qualifications to practice law in at least one European jurisdiction and demonstrate experience of advising across at least two European jurisdictions
We are looking for someone who is flexible and motivated to deliver outcomes and with an ability to adapt and be pro-active in an ever changing environment

Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary

Applicants for employment in the UK should possess work authorisation which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa. Should be willing to travel on engagements of 6-8 weeks duration anywhere within the U.K. and to other countries within the E.U.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
