Job Description
JOB FUNCTION:
Ensure that all money boxes from all three shifts are
emptied, sorted and counted. Ensure that
all reports are completed and turned in for the day. Job function is broken
down into five positions. All personnel
will be qualified for all positions: Position 1: Box Opener - Remove a box from
shelf, grab key, open box, and remove all contents from box. Verify empty box to another person and
camera. Ensure that top slot remains
open with latch in place. Put empty box
on shelf and remove a full box from shelf. Before opening new box, assist in sorting and
counting, especially chips. Position 2: $20 Person - Stack bills, remove
documents, separate various bills; responsible for counting all $20's. Position
3: 10-key person - Take documents, put them in order, initial document, assist
in sort and count, record call of numbers, ensure verifier's call matches card
total. Position 4: Verifier - Verifies all counted money to ensure figures
match from previous handlers, each box totals match, and shift totals match. Also operates 10-key. Position 5: Computer
Operator - Receives all documents, matches computer figures, and enters all
totals from each box. During slow times,
assists in sorting and stacking bills. Any clerk's task after each shift is
completed (usually the Computer Operator): Carry the money tray to the cash
window. Carry chip trays to cash window.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
QULIAIFATIONS:
Experience in money-handling and 10-key calculator
preferred. Basic computer skills
necessary. Must be able to carry and
lift 5 - 25 lbs. Minimum age requirement is 21.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
