Job Overview:
The financial analyst position is responsible for analysis and reporting of complex financial data that involves the preparation of statistical and financial reports, assesses alternatives and overall financial performance to suggest appropriate courses of action and assist in coordination of the annual budgeting and strategic planning process.
Main
Responsibilities:
Conduct month end closing cycle, including financial statement preparation
Financial analysis and ad-hoc analysis as requested by management
Internal management reporting on key metrics and delivery
Prepare performance evaluation and analysis actual results vs. budget or prior performance utilizing multiple reporting tools
Field training and support the financial aspects of the annual budget and strategic planning process
Responsible for global reporting services including report development, maintaining management reporting hierarchies and responsibility for cost center and profit center creation
Serve as the global resource and subject matter expert for BW functionality including BPS and BEX query tools
Basic
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree
Experience with budgeting processes and reporting tools
Strong computer skills in MS word and Excel
Preferred
Qualifications:
SAP a plus
Strong communication skills preferred
