Radiology Technologist I:
The Radiology Technologist I provides patient care services utilizing x-ray generating equipment in compliance with regulatory requirements. Licensure/Certification:
CRT License and Fluoroscopy certificate. ARRT Certificate. Current BLS provider card.
Experience:
Recent graduate of an ACR accredited school for Radiologic Technologists or those who may be re-entering the workplace following an extended absence.
Radiology Technologist II:
The Radiologic Technologist II provides patient care services utilizing x-ray generating equipment in compliance with regulatory requirements and may direct Radiology Assistants and clerks in the absence of their supervisors. Licensure and Certification:
Current CRT License
Current Fluoroscopy Certificate Current BLS provider card Current ARRT Certificate required. Education:
Completion of ACR approved school for Radiologic Technology.
Experience:
Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting.Demonstrates skills required to perform diagnostic x-ray procedures. Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing Ability to work flexible schedules as needed Strong organizational skills Problem solving skills, Basic computer skills. Equipment:
Diagnostic radiographic equipment.
Radiology Technologist III:
The Radiologic Technologist III provides patient care services utilizing x-ray generating equipment in compliance with regulatory requirements and may direct Radiology Assistants, Technologists and clerks in the absence of their supervisors. Also responsible for minor Special Procedures. Licensure and Certification:
Current CRT License Current ARRT Certificate Current Fluoroscopy Certificate, Current BLS provider card. Education:
Completion of ACR approved school for Radiologic Technology.
Experience:
Minimum five years hospital experience as a Radiologic Technologist Provides technical advice and assistance to less experienced technologists and assist in training them on various specialized examination procedures Leads and directs the work of others in the absence of the radiology supervisor Keeps radiology supervisor informed of any unusual concerns, situations, or conditions relative to staff, patients and physicians. Knowledge and Skills:
