Summary:
ContiTech Hogansville is looking for a Production Line Supervisor to provide leadership and support to the Conveyor Belt Group subdivision of ContiTech Hogansville.
Job Description:
Works at the discretion of Production Manager to lead the assigned production team.
Develops team members through direction, training, leadership and evaluation.
Support & schedules training within assigned area.
Leads, motivates, and disciplines as it related to employee performance.
Approves time in payroll system.
Assigns and supervises work on assigned shift.
Responsible for all necessary reporting and required paperwork.
Completes performance reviews of the RITM production team.
Directs the work of the production team to the standard work instructions.
Ensures people and machinery are effectively utilized to produce a quality product within the established cost, quality, waste and safety metrics
Promotes safety among team members
Attends and participates in team and Company meetings
Makes suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring and firing of subordinates.
Follows plant rules and policies in performing job, and promotes the same amongst team.
Cooperates and shows commitment to plant goals and efforts. Job Requirements Position
Qualifications:
High school diploma required. Associate degree desired.
Knowledge of the Textile industry desired.
Minimum 3 years' experience working in manufacturing or 2 years supervising people
Basic business acumen including good attendance, punctuality and good work habits
Ability to effectively communicate with peers and superiors.
Must possess strong supervisory skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize duties as required.
Must have ability to train others.
Must be computer savvy and knowledgeable. Working knowledge of Microsoft required. SAP desired.
Flexible to cover various shifts.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
