Responsibilities
Assists with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations.
Works in medical office and practice type setting s with the occasional need to float to both inpatient and outpatient areas.
Performs independently or as part of a treatment team.
Educates patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments.
Conducts physicals, orders tests and serves as a patient's primary healthcare provider.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in nursing and Master's degree in advanced clinical practice or graduate of post Master's certificate program for nurse practitioner.
Valid NJ License
Three years clinical nursing experience. Two years experience as Nurse Practitioner preferred.
