Operations Assistant

Responsibilities
Provide a variety of services to the department and by assisting in the day-to-day operation.
Primary responsibility- Receive patient orders, update patient information and coordinate home deliveries.
Receive and coordinate special orders with hospital.
Coordinate activities with internal and external customers.
Administrative duties.
Assist with inventory management.
Assist with payroll posting.
Qualifications
Education:
Associate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Experience:
At least 1 to 3year office experience
Skills and Ability:
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications. Familiar with office equipment i.e., printer, fax and copy machine. Ability to learn new software applications that may be introduced to the department. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, strong organizational and follow-up ability. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
