Investor Relations Analyst
Overview
Bring your analytical capabilities and professional presence into this unique position that allows the successful candidate to build strong relationships across the organization, including senior leadership, and support the development of key messaging to the financial community! As part of our dynamic Investor Relations (IR) team, this position assists in the development and execution of the Company's investor relation program (including strategy, operating plan, budget, and the detailed execution), which is designed to educate and update investors and security analysts about the company.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
Collecting, analyzing, and presenting feedback of investors' perceptions and opinions, brokerage security analysts' positions and summaries, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis, which helps prepare our leaders for various interactions and communications with the financial community.
Assisting in the creation of publications and electronic media used in the IR program, which may include, quarterly conference calls, annual report, conference presentations, investor data packages, SEC filings, IR website page.
Compiling competitive data and provide summaries for executive management informational purposes.
Assisting in providing data to rating agencies and with rating agency reviews
Assist our Treasury Operations in maintaining long-term cash forecasts for insurance operations, and creating/maintaining financial reports and financial models for senior management to support capital management decisions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related discipline and/or equivalent work experience,
Experience in investor relations, finance or other applicable analytical function
Insurance industry experience
Superior analytical capabilities with a strong interest in investor relations
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong personal brand professional presence
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
