Responsibilities:
The Banking Center Manager builds a team and manages both the sales and service functions of the banking center ensuring that the staff provides professional service that assists customer in achieving their financial goals. This role also establishes a personal outside calling program and executes the needs assessment process for new business. The manager will have individual responsibility and will develop staff to deliver a wide variety of deposit and loan products in order to develop and cultivate long-term business and consumer relationships to ensure banking center growth, profitability, and customer retention. This role also develops and coaches staff members to consistently deliver the ANBTX customer experience.
Qualifications:
This position will be filled as a Banking Manager I, II, or III commensurate with experience and skill set.
Bachelor's degree in business, banking, marketing preferred or equivalent educational and work experience.
Minimum 3 years of successful retail banking and sales management experience.
Minimum 3 years supervisor experience in a banking center environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
