Thisposition is responsible for scheduling and tracking field service activities ofassigned service personnel from various locations to install, inspect, repair,etc. Acts as a liaison between Field Sales and the customer on projectcompletion. Provides remote or on-site technical direction and diagnostic assistance.Analyzes, tests, and communicates equipment performance reports.

What do you get to do in this position?
1) Direct thecoordination of technical support and equipment for on-site jobs, includingactivities such as installation, inspection, repair, preventative maintenance, engineering change upgrades, etc.
2) Perform pre-job planning of all personnel and equipment.Schedules personnel
responding tocritical situations. Reports on usage of time.
3) Provide remote or on-site technical direction anddiagnostic assistance to resolve
complex or unusualequipment failures on large on-site jobs.
4) Act as a liaison between Field Sales and the customer onproject completion.
5) Coordinate the completion and delivery of customerequipment test reports.
6) Resolve production and/or shipping scheduling orders inorder to complete projects as scheduled.
7) Ensure adequate records and systems are maintained.
8) Perform special projects as needed.
9) Administer the time sheets of technical and administrativesupport personnel.
This job might be for you if:
1) You have a 4 YearDegree or Equivalent
2) You have 1-3 years'experience In Service/Sales, Customer Service
