Job Summary
The Customer Care Leader serves as a primary point of contact and guides day to day administrative activities within the Service Center. This individual holds responsibility for meeting Service Center deadlines. This individual is process oriented, a problem solver, easily identifies discrepancies and is able to multi-task. The Customer Care Leader's duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Job Function and Responsibilities
Provides support to administrative staff
Provides training to administrative staff according to company training guidelines
Oversees and reviews all aspects of data entry and posting
Understands and communicates daily goals
Oversees customer scheduling
Specializes in customer resolution and problem solving
Completes and reviews daily data entry, production and deposit
Assists Service Center Manager in compiling accurate payroll data
Maintains files and recordkeeping according to company guidelines
Manages high volume of calls and correspondence with internal and external customers
Professional interaction and collaboration with outside service centers, regional and corporate level employees
Answering multi-line phone system
Required Qualifications and Experience

years of Office Administration experience
Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as with a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to positively communicate company initiatives and direction
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
High school diploma (required); Associates Degree preferred
Able to work a 40 hour work week
Able to pass background and drug screens

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
