Summary:
Kemper Services Group is growing and adding a Senior Business Systems Analyst to our Information Systems group. This role reports to the IS Director and is located at our Kemper office in downtown Chicago on Wacker drive. The successful candidate will have a major impact on our agents and customer experience.
As a Senior Business Analyst you will manage our 3rd party platform (Agency Management System & Comparative Rater), integration strategy, and operations. Be a liaison between the business and Information Systems by working with Kemper business leadership, external vendors, IS partners, marketing, and our Kemper agencies. In this key role you will also help lead the strategy and manage the vendor relationships, assist with reviews, and implementation of SOWs.
Position
Qualifications:
Seven or more years of business system analyst experience
Software integration experience
P&C insurance industry or a related financial services industry experience preferred
Agency Management Systems and Comparative Rater knowledge preferred
Job skills required include: Business Analysis, Rules Engine Configuration, Leadership and Project Management
Education equivalent to a college degree in an information technology related or business administration related discipline, supplemented by insurance or computer-related courses/knowledge, or the equivalent in related work experience.
