Owner Operator Pay
Mileage Pay:
$0.91 Cents per mile loaded, empty and dead head single (effective 02/12/15)
$0.96 Cents per mile loaded, empty and dead head team (effective 02/12/15)
Driver Qualification Criteria
Must have a minimum 24 months of driving experience, with similar equipment, within the previous 36 months
Minimum age is 23 years of age
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years any vehicle
No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 24 months
No DUI / DWI convictions within previous 5 years prior to qualification
A 2nd conviction will permanently disqualify an applicant from further consideration
No criminal convictions within the previous 5 years prior to qualification
Convictions relating to controlled substances will not be considered
Convictions involving morale turpitudes (theft, larceny, fraud, embezzlement, identity theft) will not be considered
Convictions involving violence will not be considered
Convictions involving use of weapons will not be considered
Use of a CMV to commit a crime or fleeing from the scene of accident is an automatic disqualifying event
No involvement in any of the below serious accidents within 3 years prior to qualification
Roll-Over, Rear-End, or Jack-Knife events are not accepted
All DOT reported crashes require a Safety Department review prior to orientation
All multiple (more than 1) reported crashes require a Safety Review prior to orientation
No license suspensions / revocations within 3 years prior to qualification
All non-safety reported suspension events will be reviewed by Safety
No unsatisfactory safety performance responses from a previous DOT regulated employer within 3 years of qualification
No load abandonments / cargo or equipment losses reported by a previous DOT regulated employer within 3 years of qualification
No DOT drug or alcohol testing violations
We do not accept SAP Certificates
Must meet all DOT driver qualifications in 49 CFR 391
Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
Must have an acceptable PSP report
Must have an acceptable Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) score (History & PSP Risk Analysis)
