We are searching for a dynamic Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in Sylmar, CA.
Position
Responsibilities:
Perform detail design, simulation, support fabrication and testing of digital and analog circuit for sonar sensor and processor system.
Member of the Electrical Design team responsible for all aspects of design Engineering Process.
Coordinate and follow through all phases of product/project.
Position Requirements:
BSEE with minimum 10 years of experience in Analog, Digital, Microprocessor/Micro-Controller application circuit design in an aerospace environment.
Strong back ground in digital and analog electronics theory and applications.
Knowledgeable in electronics design environment: Orcad Schematic capture, PSPICE circuit simulation & FPGA Design/Development
Experience in microprocessor/micro-controller base design and/or microprocessor/micro-controller COTS product application
Experience in analog design with filter, signal conditioning, A/D and D/A circuit
Experience in digital design with CPLD and FPGA using VHD
Compact high power power supply design and troubleshooting
Self-motivating, good written and verbal communication, computer, documentation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and be a significant individual contributor.
Key contributor of the Electrical Design team supporting advanced Helicopter Dipping Sonar and Towed Array System Development.
