Mortgage Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager for NVR Mortgage, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of the mortgage office staff and maintaining an efficient workflow for the branch's loan pipeline. Your experience running a mortgage office will be an asset to you as you provide compliance training and manage your team's industry knowledge, and will help you to identify talented personnel during the interview process.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage the annual business plan and strategize to accomplish branch objectives and desired metrics.
Ensure all loan files meet corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
Monitor loan pipeline and implement control functions to manage loans in process.
Provide weekly status communications to sales team and homebuilding division offices.
Serve as liaison between NVR Settlement Services and outside closing agencies to manage branch closing schedule.
Work with Branch Manager to monitor brokered loan services and ensure branch service standards are met.
Maintain accounting controls for all fees due, collected, or deposited within the branch.
Qualifications
3
years of office management experience in a mortgage environment
Attention to detail and organization
Demonstrated problem solving and customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA and State housing loans
Ability to meet any applicable state licensing requirements
