Regional Closer/Account Executive

Available Position: Account Executive (Req Id 27765)
Business Development
Market Burnet Title to agents, attorneys, mortgage brokers and lenders.
Maintain on-going communication with existing customers to determine needs, solicit feedback, promote services.
Attend weekly sales meetings.
Meet with branch mortgage broker monthly.
Call on outside business to generate additional orders/closings.
Closing
Accurately and effectively conduct real estate closing transactions, at various locations.
Facilitate closings on and off-site.
Notarize and verify appropriate execution of documents.
Verify all title, underwriting, lender and purchase agreement requirements are being met.
Verify appropriate disbursement of customer funds.
Review lender's instructions and title commitment.
Proof and review documentation for accuracy and content.
Qualifications:
Education High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
Skills Must be professional with internal/external customers. Must have good telephone etiquette and strong presentation skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Skills and Excel. Must be well organized and detail oriented. iClosings Direct experience preferred. Ability to bend/squat and reach on occasion. Able to lift items up to approximately 15 pounds.
Work Experience Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience working with a title insurance company or other real estate services company required.
