JOB OVERVIEW
Provides fast friendly customer service by processing/handling customer orders in an efficient, accurate, safe and courteous manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Cashiers and Customer Service Center employees must accurately record customer transactions and accurately handle monetary transactions by operating a cash register (POS system).
Courtesty Clerks/Baggers bag groceries, assist customers to their vehicles, reshelve merchandise and perform other duties as needed.
Assists customers in locating merchandise and engages in suggestive selling.
Stocks merchandise as needed.
Communicates with others in a polite and professional manner.
Cleans work areas as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong Customer Service Skills.
Regular attendance required.
Mental alertness required.
Basic Math skills and operation of register required for Cashier and Customer Service Positions.
Lifts, manipulates, pushes and pulls items of varying sizes up to 30 pounds.
Bends and stoops, twists and turns
Standing for long periods of time is required.
Baggers work in both a climate controlled and outdoor environment and walking is required.
