Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator works to ensure that all clients receive the best service possible and at the requisite staffing levels. This position requires an energetic, self-motivated, well-organized person with solid computer skills.

As an Addus Service Coordinator, you will:
Staff cases at level of service upon client intake
Resolve client/employee complaints
Conduct monthly client wellness calls
Maintain contact with staff regarding service updates
Process payrollRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED
Solid experience in customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills
Ability to meet program deadlines in a fast-pace environment
