Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

Coldwell Banker is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator in our Blithedale office located in Mill Valley, CA. This is a part-time, 29 hour a week position. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 10:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm with a 1/2 hour unpaid meal break.
Responsibilities:
Internet and Marketing support for agent print and digital marketing
Marketing utilizing internet and technology and social media/networking
Other miscellaneous administration tasks as assigned
Basic Skills/
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media
Strong working knowledge of creative programs such as InDesign and Photoshop
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with online real estate advertising - a big plus
