The Land O'Lakes Supply Chain & Operations division provides strategic leadership across the company's many business units. The team plays a significant role in fueling revenue growth and profitability through operational excellence, quality, process improvement and innovation. By partnering closely with Finance, Marketing and Human Resources, the team delivers value to Land O'Lakes business units, members and customers.
Position Purpose:

If so, being a Warehouse Manager at our Sutton, MA Agronomy Service Center may be a perfect fit for you! Our product is Crop Protection Products (CPP) and Professional Products.
Your focus would be ensuring safe operations and to total customer satisfaction within the warehouse functions.
Additional focuses would be managing inventory and expenses, daily leadership of direct reports - driving performance and delivering results, forecasting, budgeting, product quality/knowledge, regulatory compliance and timely, safe delivery.
The cross functional team would be with the Area Operations Manager, EHS Management, Customer Service Representatives (CSR), and Customer Development Managers .
Travel: 20%
Experience-Education (Required):
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Business related field.
Experience in warehousing/distribution, EHS, DOT and fleet management.
2 years experience managing people.
Competencies-Skills (Required):
Leadership, coaching, management, communication skills
Must be organized with the ability to plan and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to provide solutions and demonstrate innovative thinking with excellent problem solving/analytical skills.
Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office Suite.
