We are expanding and developing in all of our 20 communities which will reinforce our position as a national leader in senior housing and health care services.As it grows, Erickson Living will continue to build upon its mission to help people live better lives.This growth requires a strong pipeline of talented and experienced professionals in critical leadership roles.To that end, Erickson Living is currently looking for a Senior Director of Operations who will partner with the VPs, Regional Operations, to provide accountability and support for operations across the Erickson enterprise. This will include support for ongoing operations as well as engagement in the development, communication, implementation, and review of new programs, services, and strategies that contribute to overall enterprise success.The Senior Director of Operations will work with Executive Directors and other community and corporate leaders to gather, synthesize, and analyze data to be used for key decision-making.
The Senior Director of Operations Job Duties and Responsibilities include
Work collaboratively with community and corporate leadership to monitor progress in key focus areas and track indicators of success, including development of tools where appropriate.
Provide accountability to community and corporate leaders to ensure consistency in programs and operational approaches that support the ability of the enterprise to grow successfully.
Serve as decision-driver or decision-maker for key organizational programs, processes, and activities as assigned by the VPs of Regional Operations.
Coordinate with functional leaders across the enterprise to ensure alignment and communication of key changes to programs and approaches, including support for implementation and assessment.
Lead and participate in enterprise committees and task force groups that contribute to achievement of enterprise goals.
Support the partnership between operations, finance, sales, and development in the long-range planning and new development processes.
Facilitate enterprise processes regarding community action planning for annual Resident Satisfaction and Employee Engagement surveys.
Support planning and execution of Executive Director calls and meetings, including agenda development, coordination with presenters, collection and synthesis of meeting information, and follow-up as needed on key identified issues.
Troubleshoot resident and employee issues as needed to support local community teams.
Maintain and reinforce the Erickson Way values, mission, and vision in all interactions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
A minimum of seven years of operational experience is required, and a solid record of progressive scope of responsibility is strongly preferred.
Ability to think strategically, and operate proactively to anticipate and address potential barriers.
Outstanding organizational skills, including an ability to manage complex projects.
Ability to synthesize complicated information and communicate results and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Experience in matrix management and leadership through influence.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
